Three delightful little rooms just near Piazza Navona, with a bar, small tables, sofas, chairs, statues, columns, pier mirrors and ornaments in a magical mix of Baroque, Empire and Liberty. And tables outside with a romantic view of Santa Maria della Pace. Patrons have included the poets Ungaretti and Caproni and the film director Monicelli. Barillari, the paparazzo, recalls that in about 1960 it was a favourite haunt of painters like Schifano, Testa, Angeli, and Fioroni and, in the early 1980s, it was here that the artistic movement Transavanguardia was born. The place to be for international stars. Third generation.
