This is the most famous candy store of Cremona where the 'torrone' (nougat) and 'mostarda' (sweet, sour and pickled fruit) are produced with the trademark of Enea Sperlari. Owner of the first commercial license of the region, Sperlari was the supplier to the prince of Piedmont and the Queen Mother. It is the favourite stop for anybody with a 'sweet tooth' such as the nineteenth century painter Carlo Vittori. Nothing has changed inside the store. Worth visiting for its many delicacies.
