Mario composed the Neapolitan evergreen songs of Santa Lucia there and the cookery did and still fascinates world celebrities like Rubinstein, playwrighters Totò and Eduardo, Caruso, Loren and Moravia, Di Giacomo, Pasolini and Cardarelli.
