The sign: "This is where the pig is glorified" was hung-up exactly a century ago on the wall of this small genuine Sicilian eating-place where writers Leonardo Sciascia and Gesualdo Bufalino and the artist Salvatore Fiume took refuge. The whole menu is based on pork and the dishes are made with the traditional recipes created a century ago passed down through four generations of the same family.
