For nearly a century the "dolce vita" of Bra took place in this charming café which still preserves its original décor. The intelligentsia of Bra has always gathered under the patronage of the Boglione family, who is also responsible for promoting the historical sites of their town. The Conversos' fame as pastry-chefs brought them even to the Waldorf-Astoria of New York.
