It was supper-room for the vernacular poets of Bergamo Alta, members of the "Antico Ducato di Pontida". Close to Donizetti Theatre, it has been historical meeting point for artists such as Tieri, Lionello, De Filippo and Maestro Gavazzeni. The interior is wonderful and the furniture is dated 1800, not to mention the sweet perfume of its "pears and chocolate" and the most typical local desserts.
