It is descendant on one of the most ancient 'offellerie' (confectioner's) in Cremona of XVIII century. At the end of 1800 it became a modern 'patisserie' thanks to the art nouveau style by Cremonese cabinet-maker Guastalli, who created the furnishing and the coquettish ladies' room, which can still be admired. Traditional specialities are the 'offelle' (small pastry cakes with cream) and the 'violino'.
